Musiikin maailmassa

Olen kuunnellut aktiivisesti musiikkia niin pienestä kuin muistan. Aivot nyrjähtivät ensi kerran kuitenkin Brucen LIVE 1975-1985, U2:n Unforgettable Fire ja Dire Straitsin Brothers in Arms -yhteisiskuna joskus 1985-86 paikkeilla.

Parhain päivinä omistin yli 2000 LP-levyä, joista valtaosa oli Englannin maalta tilattuja harvinaisuuksia, mm. bluesia eri muodoissaan.

Siirryin digiaikaan mp3-tiedostojen mukana ja siellä olen pysynyt. Tervetuloa mukaan kuulemaan omia suosikkejani koottuina listoina. Eli kuuntelen aina artistin koko tuotannon läpi 1-2 kertaa ja kokoan siitä oman “bestoffini”, joka välttää kuluneimmat hitit.

Tuota Youtubelistaa voit katsella livenä alta, kun biisit tipahtelevat mun soittaessa niitä sinne. Sessiot alkavat aina n. klo 18 jälkeen. Klikkaat vaan Lataa lisää -painiketta. Kommentoinnit joko tähän blogiin tai sitten yksittäisiin videoihin Youtubessa.

Gov’t Mule on itselle suhteellisen uusi ihastus. Toki Soulshine -biisi on soinut listoillani vuosia, mutta koko tuotannon kävin läpi vasta viime vuonna ja hyväksi totesin useamman biisin.

La 31.1. illalla kunnioitan bändiä tekemällä videolistauksen.
